Accessing the artLAnow.com Website is subject to the following terms and conditions of use. If you use our Website it signifies that you agree to accept and to comply with all the terms and conditions herein. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website.
artLAnow.com reserves the right to execute changes in the policies, products, services and in the programs and designs incorporated into the Website at any time and without prior notice. A user who enters into any agreements, or makes any decisions based on information in this Website does at his/her own risk and agrees that artLAnow.com and its associates will remain harmless against any claims or damages arising from such agreements or decisions.
artLAnow.com is an online service where artists can exhibit their own work for sale.
artLAnow.com is not an art broker. artLAnow.com does not take commissions on any sales and is not involved in any negotiations between buyers and sellers. artLAnow.com forwards all inquiries by potential buyers about artworks exhibited on the Website directly to the artist seller. artLAnow.com is not responsible or liable for any agreements that ensue between those two parties thereafter.

All information herein is provided “as is” with no implied or expressed warranty of the merchantability of the artworks exhibited or of their fitness for a specific purpose, or of their non-infringement of reproduction and copy rights.

artLAnow.com gives no warranties as to uninterrupted access to the website or that the server who makes it available is free of viruses, defects or any other harmful components.

Eligibility for Membership at
Membership and use of the services provided by artLAnow.com is open only to individuals who can enter into legally binding contracts under applicable law and who are residents of Los Angeles County or reside within a 45 mile radius of downtown Los Angeles. Membership and use of these same services are available to individuals residing in these areas who are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18 years old and a resident of these areas you may apply for membership and use our services only in conjunction with, and under the supervision of, your parent(s) or legal guardian. Individuals who do not qualify should not use the artLAnow.com Website. artLAnow.com reserves the exclusive right to decide the eligibility of any applicants whose residence is not clearly within the area specified.
Registration & Membership Obligations.
Individuals who use the Website to exhibit artwork agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update any changes in relevant data. If artLAnow.com has any reason to suspect that information provided is untrue or misleading we retain the right to suspend or terminate any persons membership rights and to refuse any future request to use the Website.
Limitations & Restrictions
Users of the artLAnow.com Website agree not to upload or exhibit any material of any kind that is unlawful, abusive, obscene, libelous, hateful, defamatory, or content that might incite racial or ethnic hate. Users of the Website agree not to upload or exhibit any content that infringes any propriety rights, rights to reproduction, copyrights, trademark or patent rights.
Any claims as to infringement of these rights should be addressed to artLAnow.com. Upon receiving such notification, we will remove the actual or alleged infringing material from the Website during investigation.
Users agree that artLAnow.com retains the right to screen content and to refuse or remove, at our own discretion any content that violates any part of the User Agreement.
Rights to License
artLAnow.com does not claim ownership to the material that is uploaded to the Website however, users agree that artLAnow.com has full license to display on the site any content sent in by members. This license exists as long as the user elects to continue membership and will terminate at the time when membership is discontinued. At this time all content provided by a member who discontinues membership will be removed.
Limitation of Liability
All users of artLAnow.com Website accept and agree that artLAnow.com shall under no circumstances be liable for any damages of any kind that result from the use of, or the inability to use the materials on this Website.

All notices and claims by users should be sent to the email address provided by artLAnow.com and artLAnow.com will sent all notices and claims to users at the email address provided upon registration.
Arbitrations & Disputes
In the event of a dispute between you and artLAnow.com you agree seek resolutions first through binding arbitration. If arbitration does not resolve the dispute then you agree that all claims, disputes and resolutions will be adjudicated by the Los Angeles County Court under Laws of the State of California.
