"I paint the ideas around me, the current ideas of my generation.
I paint things that I know and feel familiar with.
My art is a commentary on modern life and how reality shifts according to each of our perspectives.
I am interested in creative ideas, especially those that break with tradition.
I embrace whatever stimulates the senses and embrace over indulgence of the emotions; they make us feel alive.
My goal with each artwork is for someone to get at least one of the ideas I am trying to translate onto canvas, or for the viewer to be moved to the point where it is almost too much."
