Although most transactions are carried out safely and to mutual satisfaction, as in any transaction between buyer and seller, certain safeguards are advisable for both parties when entering into agreements.
Users of our Website who are interested in purchasing work are encouraged to make direct contact with the seller and to negotiate all the terms and conditions of purchase with him/her.
Terms and conditions of purchase should include terms and type of payment, any shipping and handling costs, delivery, and terms and conditions for returns and refunds.
All transactions between sellers and buyers are made solely at the two parties own risks.

artLAnow.com does undertake some verification during the registration process to ensure that only bone fide artists join our Website, however we cannot guarantee any information or accuracy of content provided by them.
All users including buyers and sellers are subject to and accept the terms and conditions of the User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
Some artists do not wish to publish their own personal contact information alongside their artwork in order to protect their privacy against internet fraud and misuse of such information. If a potential buyer cannot access an artist’s contact information from the artist’s page, an email can be sent to our Website email address and will be forwarded accordingly. Thereafter the artist is free to decide whether to establish direct contact or not.
Buyers and sellers are encouraged to contact us with any information concerning problems about transactions.
